Refund Policy

At OncoGlow® we are committed to providing exceptional service with integrity, compassion and professionalism. As a specialist service provider, we reserve appointment times exclusively for you. Please read the policy below before booking.

1. Single Treatments

Refunds are not available for completed treatments.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to speak with us directly within 48 hours of your appointment. We will always aim to resolve concerns fairly.

2. Treatment Packages
-
Treatment packages are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once the first session has been redeemed.

If no sessions have been used, a partial refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase (minus a small admin fee of £15).

Refunds for medical reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full or deducted from your package.

No-shows will be treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.

4. Glow Beyond CIC Appointments
-
CIC treatments are offered free or at low cost to eligible individuals. These are non-refundable unless payment was made in error.

Missed CIC appointments without notice may result in reduced access to future subsidised care.

5. Gift Vouchers
-
Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another recipient if unused.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

6. Training Courses
​
All OncoGlow® Training Academy courses are non-refundable once payment has been received, as your place is secured and CPD-accredited course materials are prepared specifically for you.
If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your training once to the next available date with at least 14 days’ written notice, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 14 days’ notice may incur an administration fee or result in forfeiture of your booking.
Digital learning materials and manuals provided before the course date are non-refundable under any circumstances. Certificates of completion are issued only upon full attendance and successful completion of the course requirements.
In exceptional circumstances, such as verified medical emergencies, refund or reschedule requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and supporting documentation may be required.
